Lindops solicitors was established on 1 September 1999 when the practices of Malcolm Pratt Baker and Lindop & Skinner merged.
We are a small but friendly firm consisting of 3 partners with an emphasis on providing clients with a high quality of work.

JOHN LINDOP
John has lead a disinguished career specialising in general litigation and has over 30 years experience in this field. He has represented individuals, partnerships and companies for cases heard in the House of Lords, Court of Appeal, High Court, County Court, Employment Tribunal. John is also a qualified mediator as well as representing parties in mediation. His main areas of practice are general litigation, personal injury, professional neglience, partnership, company and property disputes, contested wills, employment law, health and safety at work cases, company law, and business sales and acquisitions. He has had a number of cases reported in the Times Newspaper and the Law Reports and he is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
MALCOLM PRATT
Malcolm specialises in property law, in particular commercial conveyancing transactions, leases, probate, wills, trusts and estate planning. He was admitted as a solicitor over 35 years ago and is a member of the Law Society Probate Section.
Jena Pang MA (Oxon) PGDL
Jena joined the firm in November 2004 having read Music at St Peter's College, Oxford University and attaining his postgraduate qualifications in law at BPP Law School in London. Jena deals with a wide variety of work particularly Elderly clients (Court of Protection deputyship and statutory wills cases, Lasting Powers of Attorney), as well as property law (residential and commercial conveyancing, lease renewals, possession claims), wills, probate and administration of estates, general litigation and mediation. He was called to the Roll in August 2004 and was made a junior partner in September 2007.
